Co-exhibition
The organizer allows companies join the exhibition together
with their products
correlate to each other. The precondition is that there
must be “commonness” and
“correlation” between the co-exhibitor’s products.
Exhibitors who join co-exhibition process the right of
the independent advertisement.
Co-exhibition admissibility:
a. 2 companies join together; the booth amount should be
at least 15 booths.
b. 3 companies join together; the booth amount should be
at least 20 booths.
c. 4 companies or more are not allowed to exhibit together.
5% advertisement and promotion fee will be imposed additionally
to the booth rental for co-exhibitors.
Exhibitor who applies for co-exhibition must submit the
application separately and shall be accepted after judging
and examining by the organizer.

Booth Selection
1st booth selection: Scheduled
in December, 2007.The priority goes to the exhibitor with larger
booth
amount; for same booth amount the priority goes to the one with
earlier application.
2nd booth selection: Application after
the 1st booth selection, the selection starts right after the
application .
Note:The selection only valid if the deposit or full payment
has been made.

Marketing goal-mass spread of show information,
invite buyers for visiting and purchasing, exhibitors achieve
the exhibition goal
Security Notice
The Organizer will provide general security to ensure
the control of the in and out during show time(includes
move-in and move-out).However ,the primary responsibility
for safeguarding your exhibit and merchandise is yours.
Remember that move-in and move-out periods are particularly
sensitive times when thefts (especially your handbag and
laptop)are most likely to occur. Do not leave your booth
unattended during those times. The security and organizer
are not responsible for the loss or damage of any property
from any cause.
Exhibitors should take full responsibility on the property
damage or staff injury which caused from the inappropriate
construction, occupation, maintenance or management during
show time(includes build up and dismantling time)
The organizer reserves the right for the reaction on the
occurrence of natural disaster such as typhoon, earthquake,
public infection, fire, flood…, etc, which may brake on
the exhibition.
The regulation on the booth decoration and the security
is based on the one established by “Suzhou International
Expo Center”.
Registration Information
Fill out the Registration Form with the stamp of the
company and the signature of the person in charge;
Return the application by fax or post, please states “Apply
for 2008 Suzhou Show” if by post;
Provide company logo (in jpg file, 300 dpi and above),
email to:
show@chanchao.com.tw or tpcasarah@126.com for advertising
use prior to the show.
Payment Terms
50% of payment is required within
30 days after application. To entitle the first stage
of booth selection. (Executer will give notice to pay, either
in cheque or by T/T.)
◎Note1:If pay by cheque, deposit date to be made out to
the same month as application date, at sight.
◎Note2:If pay by T/T, deposit to be made in the same month
as application date, all bank charges are for applicant’s
account,please fax the payment receipt to the executer (states
the applicant’s company name)
The 50% remaining should be paid
within 20 days after confirming the booth location
(Executer will give notice to pay, either in cheque or by
T/T.)
◎Note1:If pay by cheque, the balance must be paid before
March 31st, 2008.
◎Note2:If pay by by T/T , balance to be paid before
Jan. 31st , 2008.
All bank charges are for applicant’s account, fax the payment
confirmation
to the organizer (states the applicant’s company name)
The full payment is required for applications after Jan.
1st, 2008
Withdrawal from the Exhibition
No refund if the deposit has been paid.
If full payment has been paid, refund 50% booth rental
if withdraw before
Feb. 28th , 2008. No refund after Mar. 1st , 2008.
